Building Energy Exchange KC, (BE-Ex KC for short) is an initiative of Climate Action KC in partnership with the Mid-America Regional Council.  In coordination with Kansas City's Regional Climate Action Plan, BE-Ex KC supports local communities in transforming their buildings to be high-performing, low-carbon, and energy efficient.  BE-Ex KC programs prioritize measures that reduce utility costs and significantly improve community health.
